Dear Neighbors,

I am co-hosting a virtual meeting with the Ranch Triangle Association to solicit community feedback on a development proposal from a new owner for vacant lots at 1730-42 N Clybourn Ave. The proposal calls for rezoning the properties to allow for the construction of a 4-story building plus a penthouse containing 59 residential units and 18 rear parking spaces.
