Relevance: 0/10

Summary

Alderman William Hall (6th Ward) newsletter does not mention any zoning, development, housing, transit, or budget meetings/hearings, nor any related policy/ordinance changes or development approvals. It primarily promotes two community events at Cole Park—Gospel Run Pop-Up on June 27 (8:00 AM) and Steppin’ in the Shade on June 28 (updated time 3:00 PM–7:30 PM)—and notes the Pitch Conference has been postponed with a new date forthcoming.

Email from 6th Ward Central

Dear Neighbor,

This weekend is all about coming together, staying active, and enjoying the best of our community—and I'd love to see you there.

We'll kick things off on Saturday, June 27, with the Gospel Run Pop-Up at 8:00 AM in Cole Park (361 E. 85th Street). Whether you're running, walking, or simply cheering others on, it's a great way to start the day with positivity and fellowship.

Then on Sunday, June 28, join us back at Cole Park for Steppin' in the Shade in the 6th Ward. Please note the updated event time: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM (previously scheduled for 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Bring your dancing shoes, invite a friend, and enjoy an afternoon of music, fellowship, and fun!

Quick reminder: Our Pitch Conference has been postponed. We appreciate your understanding as we work to finalize a new date and look forward to sharing those details with you soon.

These moments remind us what makes the 6th Ward special—neighbors connecting, supporting one another, and building community together.

I hope you'll make plans to join us this weekend. I look forward to seeing you there!

As always, if you have any questions, please contact my office at 773-241-3100.
