Email from 6th Ward Central

6th Ward Family,

I invite you to join me this Saturday for our monthly 6th Ward Community-Wide Meeting. This is an opportunity to hear important updates, ask questions, and engage directly on issues that impact our neighborhoods.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

• Our Summer Safety Plan and efforts to keep our community safe throughout the season

• Updates from the Chicago Department of Transportation on projects affecting the ward

• Upcoming summer events and opportunities to get involved in the community

Doors open at 9:00 a.m., and I encourage residents to take advantage of Constituent Hour from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to meet one-on-one with my office.

The community meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2026 at St. James Community Church, 8000 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60619

The best ideas and strongest solutions come from residents who care enough to show up and participate. I hope you will join us as we continue working together to move the 6th Ward forward.

Warm regards,

Alderman William Hall
