Oakdale Church Community is encouraging 21st Ward residents to participate in the Soul Care Community Survey to help strengthen support and resources for families across our community. The survey will help local churches, schools, and community organizations better understand the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents and guide future community-centered programs and services. We encourage all residents to take a few moments to complete the survey and make their voices heard.
