Dear Neighbor,

The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) has issued a permit to Bay Crane Midwest for crane operations on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to stage a crane lift for the installation of a new HVAC unit. 

Please note: Westbound traffic will be closed on Schiller St from Dearborn St to State Pkwy. No Parking signs will be posted on the north and south sides of Schiller St from 1 to 28 W Schiller St. Pedestrian access on the south side of W Schiller St will be restricted for the safety of all.
