Dear Neighbor,

Summer in the 6th Ward would not be complete without one of our most beloved events.

I am excited to invite you to the return of the 6th Ward "Vinia" Jazz Fest, taking place on Sunday, July 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Cole Park, 361 E. 85th Street.

Last year, the Jazz Fest brought together residents from across our community for an evening filled with great music, fellowship, and good vibes. Whether you've attended last year or will be joining us for the first time, this event offers an opportunity to relax, connect with neighbors, and enjoy a summer evening in one of our community's beautiful parks.

There is something special about gathering in the park, listening to live jazz, and celebrating the culture, history, and traditions that unite us. It is more than a concert—it is now a community experience that residents look forward to each summer.

I encourage you to bring your lawn chairs, invite your family and friends, and join us for what promises to be an unforgettable evening of music and community.

I look forward to seeing you there.

6th Ward Forward. 6th Ward Together.

In Community,

Alderman William Hall
