The 46th Ward is proud to partner with HIRE 360 to bring opportunity directly to our community. HIRE 360 is a workforce development nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways into good-paying careers in the construction and building trades.
Join us next Tuesday, February 17 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Clarendon Park (4501 N. Clarendon Ave.) for HIRE 360βs On-Site Admissions Day for the Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship Program.Β This event is designed to prepare and evaluate candidates through a structured, supportive process that includes:
1-hour informational session introducing the program and career pathways
1-hour application workshop to help candidates complete strong submissions
30-45 minute interview with program partners
Program Eligibility
Participants must:
β’ Be 18 years or older
β’ Be an Illinois resident
β’ Have a high school diploma, GED, or HiSET
β’ Be able to pass a drug test
β’ Obtain a driverβs license by completion of the program
β’ Have interest in a career in the construction and building trades
Required Documents for Participation
Candidates must bring:
β’ High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET
β’ Driverβs License
β’ Birth Certificate, Passport, or Social Security Card (one required)
Please note: Candidates who arrive without required documents will not be able to participate in the admissions process.
