Chicago White Sox Fireworks and Post-Game Concert Schedule


With the start of the 2026 White Sox baseball season just around the corner, Alderman Dowell and the Chicago White Sox are sharing the initial fireworks and post-game concert schedule for the season.

 

Firework shows, lasting approximately 10 minutes each, will occur at the conclusion of the following games, approximately three hours after the scheduled starting time for each.

 

Post-game Fireworks Dates & Game Start Time

  • Friday, May 8                                6:40 PM
  • Friday, May 15                              6:40 PM
  • Friday, May 29                              6:40 PM
  • Friday, June 12                             6:40 PM
  • Friday, July 10                             6:40 PM
  • Friday, July 24                             6:40 PM
  • Friday, August 21                      6:40 PM
  • Friday, September 4                6:40 PM
  • Friday, September 25                  6:40 PM

 

In addition the Chicago White Sox will shoot three (3) barrages of fireworks between 2:30 PM – 3:10 PM for their home opener on Thursday, April 2.

 

Further, during the entire 2026 season, the Chicago White Sox will shoot a fireworks barrage after all homeruns hit by White Sox players during games and immediately after every White Sox victory.

 

Post-game concerts, lasting approximately 60 minutes, will take place on the following game dates (approximately three hours after the scheduled start time). A fireworks barrage will occur at the conclusion of each concert.

Alderman Dowell and the Chicago White Sox will keep the public informed of any changes to this list that may occur throughout the season.

Milestone Circles


The State of Illinois invites Illinois entrepreneurs to apply and join Milestone Circles during National Women’s HERStory Month in March as well as in April! Milestone Circles is a free, virtual mentoring program, which is powered by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center with the support of the Wells Fargo Foundation, in collaboration with the Illinois Women’s Business Collective which is powered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) – Office of Economic Equity & Empowerment (OE3). We encourage Illinois women-owned businesses to select a virtual onboarding session anytime in March or in April. You’re also welcome to choose a different onboarding session anytime during the year if you can’t start in March or in April.
