The 38th Ward Office is hosting several exciting events! Please take a look at the list of upcoming events below and take advantage of one or all of them! PROPERTY TAX BILLS

Second Installment Property Tax Bills are now online, and can be viewed HERE. The Cook County Treasurer's Office plans to mail bills to Property Owners on or before September 1st. If you have any applicable exemptions, they will be reflected on this bill. The 2025 Second Installment bill will be due October 1st.
