Annually, the Chicago Aldermanic Black Caucus Foundation awards scholarships totaling up to $10,000 per student that are disbursed over four years, providing meaningful financial support to graduating Chicago high school seniors pursuing their undergraduate degree.


Application Period: February 15, 2026 – March 15, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

• Graduating senior from a City of Chicago high school

• Accepted and attending a four-year accredited university as a full-time student

• Resident of a CABCF ward

• One letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, or community leader

• 500-word essay submission

• Completed application submitted by March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM
