Public Safety Alert - Shooting in Neighboring 40th Ward

Dear Neighbor,


The 24th District Police notified me of a shooting that occurred in the neighboring 40th Ward, on the 6900 block of N Bell. According to the police, a female victim was found dead in her home.


Anyone with information should please call the Area 3 Bureau of Detectives at (312) 744-8263. This is an active police investigation, and I will update you with more information when it becomes available.
