Today is the final day to vote in the 47th Ward Participatory Budgeting process! Each year, we invite you to help decide how to invest $200K in infrastructure funds.


These projects are proposed and developed by our Youth Council, made-up of 8th-12th graders. This year's ballot includes:


  • Accessibility improvements at the Welles Park Playground
  • New fitness equipment at Clark Park
  • A music-themed crosswalk outside Old Town School of Folk Music
  • A flashing pedestrian signal at Western and Byron
