Email from 6th Ward Central

Six Ward Family,

Thank you to everyone who came out—and even those who couldn’t—in response to the Walgreens closure. Your support, whether in person or in spirit, shows the strength and heart of the 6th Ward.

While this moment is frustrating, it is not the end of our story. We are working hard—every day—with partners and potential replacements to bring services back and create something even stronger for our community. There is real work happening, and there is real hope ahead.

We’re staying focused, pushing forward, and fighting for what our residents deserve.

Stay engaged. Stay hopeful. We move forward together.

Warm regards,

Alderman William Hall
