Dear Neighbors,
I am co-hosting a virtual meeting with the Streeterville Organization for Active Residents (SOAR) to solicit neighborhood resident feedback on a development proposal for the existing building at 201 E Walton Place. Currently operated as a hotel branded as the Sonesta Extended Stay Suites, new ownership would like to complete a phased renovation
ultimately leading to the conversion of the entire building to fully renovated, elevated rental apartments with no hotel operation.
