Email from 41st Ward

Dear Neighbor,

I hope you and your family can join us tomorrow for the 2026 National Night Out, hosted by the Chicago Police Department's 16th District (Jefferson Park).

National Night Out is a wonderful opportunity for residents to come together with our local police officers, strengthen neighborhood partnerships, and enjoy an evening of family-friendly fun in one of our community's favorite parks.

Tuesday, August 4, 2026

5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Norwood Park

5801 N. Natoma Ave., Chicago

The evening will feature:

Antique & vintage car show
Food trucks
Live music
Face painting
Kiddie train rides
Chicago Police Department specialized teams and equipment
And much more!

This free community event is a great way to meet your neighbors, connect with officers from the 16th District, and celebrate the strong partnership that helps keep our neighborhoods safe.

I encourage everyone to stop by, bring the entire family, and enjoy an evening filled with fun, community spirit, and public safety demonstrations.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Sincerely,

Anthony Napolitano

See Something Say Something

Help us maintain our beautiful ward. Download the CHI311 App today. Remember if you see something, say something!

Neighborhoods throughout Chicago have been negatively affected by online, temporary home and room rentals. These online rentals are on the rise and may pose a threat to our community by facilitating pop-up parties and illegal activity. These "hotel-houses" may also have a negative impact on property values. The quality of life in our neighborhoods is paramount and we need your help banning these "hotel-houses" on your block and throughout the 41st Ward.
