TIF Updates: The City Council Committee on Finance has rescheduled its meeting to TOMORROW Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 1:45 PM at 121 N. LaSalle City Council Chambers 2nd Floor. As part of the City Council legislative process, the meeting provides an opportunity for matters before the Committee to be formally considered and discussed.
We encourage residents and community partners interested in Pilsen’s development and investment to participate in our TIF Review Committee meetings, where projects and community feedback are shared to help prioritize neighborhood needs.

ZAB Community Meeting: Following a recommendation from the 25th Ward Zoning Advisory Board, we will host a community meeting regarding a request to lift the liquor moratorium at Martin's Corner 2058 W. 22nd Place. The meeting will be held Saturday, September 26, from 10:00-11:30 AM at Martin’s Corner, 2058 W. 22nd Place. Residents can also submit feedback regarding the zoning amendment through our office's website.

25th Ward Community Meeting: Join us on Thursday, October 8, at Union League Boys & Girls Club, 2157 W. 19th Street from 6:00PM-7:30PM, for community updates regarding legislation, infrastructure, and meet the new Commanders for the 10th District & 12th District. 

Actualizaciones sobre los TIF: La Comisión de Finanzas del Concejo Municipal ha reprogramado su reunión para MAÑANA, martes 22 de septiembre de 2026, a la 1:45 PM 121 N. LaSalle City Council Chambers 2nd Floor. Como parte del proceso legislativo del Concejo Municipal, la reunión brinda una oportunidad para que los asuntos ante la Comisión sean considerados y discutidos formalmente.

La reunión se llevará a cabo el sábado 26 de septiembre, de 10:00 a 11:30 AM, en Martin’s Corner, 2058 W. 22nd Place. Los residentes también pueden enviar sus comentarios sobre la modificación de zonificación a través del sitio web de nuestra oficina.

Reunión Comunitaria del Distrito 25: Acompáñenos el jueves 8 de octubre, en Union League Boys & Girls Club, 2157 W. 19th Street, de 6:00 PM a 7:30 PM, para recibir actualizaciones comunitarias sobre legislación e infraestructura, y conocer a los nuevos comandantes de los Distritos 10 y 12.

Free Pet Vaccine Clinic

Join the 25th Ward Office & CACC for a free dog vaccine and microchip clinic at Harrison Park. It is open to the first 100 dogs for rabies vaccine and tags, distemper vaccines, and microchips with registration.
